**POSITION SUMMARY:** Payroll Compliance Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the entire Payroll Compliance team by triaging all received Service Now tickets and managing the submissions for all employee detail related to the monthly health & welfare and pension payments. The incumbent will also handle all mass union benefit deduction changes within the payroll system as well as preparing the weekly Union 401K and Supplemental Benefits reporting for payment processing and submitting its employee to the various third-party trust. The Payroll Compliance Specialist supports our employees represented by Collective Bargaining Agreements. **PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILTIIES:** * Run reports in Workday to obtain the employees Union 401K, AFLAC, and other Voluntary Benefit deductions use to compile the weekly reporting and payment upload to Accounts Payable for processing. * Create union medical deductions manually or via a mass upload within Workday when instructed based on the union’s CBA language or renewal * Remit the corresponding employee detail for all the monthly health & welfare and pension payments based on the union’s third-party submission instructions. * Reviews, responds, or assigns out all Service Now tickets routed to the union benefits teams pertaining to various issues such as: * Collaborate closely with HR Management, Business Unit Finance Staff, HRIS, Field Management, Representatives at the union third-party trust to answer any union benefit related questions or to forward onto the applicable Union Benefits Administrator for assistance. * Assist the Payroll Compliance Analyst with running payroll reports, collecting documents, and uploading data related to union audits. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreement language and interpretation * Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills * Experience with payroll processing or
