What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/HR/ Business Administration or other relevant field, 3-5 years’ experience in payroll processing and benefits, Experience with Scan HRMS or other payroll program, Proven knowledge of labor and social security legislation, Extensive knowledge of “ERGANI” Information System, organization and detail orientation skills, Computer literacy, including use of standard MS Office ( Excel), Time management and ability to meet strict deadlines, Customer-service mindset and employee-focused approach, Effective communication and rapport building skills

Nice to Have

Postgraduate studies in HR or Business Administration will be considered as a plus

What You'll Do.

Process monthly payroll

Maintain payroll records

Prepare payroll reports

Prepare employment contracts

Administer employee benefits programs

Ensure compliance with labor laws

Liaise with insurance companies

Handle employee inquiries

Maintain employee data

Monitor changes in Greek labor legislation

Support HR Plant Managers

Assist in HR reporting

Assist in compensation analysis

Team & Collaboration

Support HR Plant Managers with payroll processes; Liaise with insurance companies and authorities
