Ensure accurate processing of pay, deductions, and benefit changes; Provide responsive support to employees; Maintain compliant records; Contribute to a smooth overall employee experience; Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing across international locations; Ensure proper calculations of deductions, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and localized pay rules; Ensure timely completion of annual benefits reporting

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of relevant payroll and benefits experience, Bachelor's degree required, analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Highly employee-focused, with a sense of urgency and follow-through, Ability to adapt to changing or ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience with Rippling preferred
What You'll Do.
Support the day-to-day administration of payroll and employee benefit programs
Ensures accurate processing of pay
Providing responsive support to employees
Maintain compliant records
Coordinate with payroll and benefits vendors
Contribute to a smooth overall employee experience
Process payroll for hourly
Reviewing timecards for accuracy
Partner with global payroll vendors
Maintain payroll documentation
Support the setup of new tax accounts
Assist with onboarding new countries
Review and validate global payroll reports
Ensure proper calculations of deductions
and localized pay rules
Respond promptly to payroll-related questions
Administer employee benefit programs
Manage annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits communication
Administer health & welfare plans
workers’ compensation claims
and leave of absence programs
Coordinate with global benefits vendors
Ensure timely completion of annual benefits reporting
Conduct quarterly audits of state tax and unemployment accounts
Process biweekly updates between HRenefits systems and the 401(k) provider
Complete quarterly 401(k) reconciliations
Manage W-2 administration
and state unemployment claims
Support the collection and maintenance of compliance documentation for global payroll operations
Provide payroll and benefits reporting as needed

Partner with global payroll vendors; Coordinate with global benefits vendors; Process biweekly updates between HRenefits systems and the 401(k) provider
