What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field, 2–4 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll Administration or Compensation & Benefits support roles, Familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems, Experience handling employee lifecycle processes, Knowledge of Greek labor legislation and HR administrative procedures, organizational and administrative skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Nice to Have

Experience working with in-house payroll processes, Experience coordinating with external providers

What You'll Do.

Manage and execute payroll for approximately 350 employees

compliance with labor and tax regulations

Timely submission of all relevant filings

Collaborate with accounting on payroll reconciliations

Support payroll reporting and audit

Support monthly payroll process

Collect and verify employee data

Maintain payroll supporting documentation and filing

Compile and update employee data in HRMS and

Ensure accuracy of employee records

Maintain electronic and physical employee files

Provide day-to-day HR operational support

Handle employee requests related to compensation and benefits

Prepare pre-hiring and onboarding documentation

Coordinate onboarding activities

Support HR processes related to employee lifecycle

Prepare employment contracts

Prepare employment changes

Prepare employee exits

Support regulatory and statutory reporting requirements

Prepare information requested by public authorities

Administer employee benefits and job tools

Ensure policies and eligibility lists remain updated

Act as liaison with external providers and partners

Coordinate employee medical check-ups

Coordinate occupational health requirements

Coordinate frequent travelers related processes

Support HR reporting and data preparation

Prepare data for surveys

Prepare data for internal reporting

Prepare data for ad hoc projects

Conduct compensation or benefits related research
