This role involves handling complex payroll calculations, reconciliations, and reporting, requiring a strong understanding of payroll principles and attention to detail. ## **What can you expect to do?** * Process multi-state payroll on a scheduled basis, including data entry, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes, and validation of payroll accuracy. * Perform payroll reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. * Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll tax laws and company policies. * Administer employee deductions, garnishments, and benefit contributions. * Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management, finance, and external agencies. * Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing clear and accurate guidance. * Partner with HR, Benefits, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and seamless payroll operations. * Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and reporting. * Assist with payroll system updates, enhancements, and testing as needed. * Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation. * Id
