What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of payroll experience, knowledge of payroll regulations, knowledge of tax compliance, knowledge of statutory requirements, Fluent in English, Fluent in Polish
Nice to Have
Experience supporting multi-country or global payrolls, Proficiency in ADP Streamline, Experience using Workday HRIS, Experience working in an audit-driven or SOX-controlled environment
What You'll Do.
Process payroll accurately

Ensure accurate submission of payroll taxes
Ensure timely submission of statutory filings
Ensure timely submission of local compliance
Process off-cycle payroll payments
Serve as point of contact for employee payroll inquiries
Resolve payroll issues
Maintain accurate payroll records
Maintain payroll documentation
Maintain audit trails
Support year-end payroll activities
Support statutory filings
Support employee annual tax documents
Stay current on payroll regulations
Ensure ongoing compliance
Assist with time and attendance validation
Assist with payroll inputs
Complete payroll audits
Support audit requests
Create onboarding documentation
Update onboarding documentation
Maintain onboarding documentation
Create payroll presentations
Update payroll presentations
Maintain payroll presentations
Support general ledger reconciliations
Support payroll-to-accounting processes
