Must Have
5+ years of payroll experience, Experience processing payroll in Workday, Detailed knowledge of current U. S. payroll and benefits laws and regulations, Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance requirements, Experience preparing payroll reports, audits, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders and external partners, Understanding of U. S. stock plans and bonus administration, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while meeting timelines with accuracy, Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Nice to Have
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), General knowledge of global payroll rules and regulations, Canada payroll experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience, Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.
