Must Have

2+ years of Canadian payroll experience, Hands-on processing responsibilities, Understanding of payroll fundamentals, Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, HR, or related field, OR equivalent combination of education and payroll experience, Solid understanding of Canadian payroll fundamentals including CPP, EI, income tax, vacation pay, and statutory holidays, Familiarity with at least one provincial jurisdiction with willingness to learn others, Experience with payroll/HRIS systems (ADP, Ceridian, Workday, or similar), Comfortable learning new technology and navigating multiple systems, Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP, Ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns, Attention to detail, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Reliable, accountable, and able to meet deadlines during busy periods, Professional communication skills, Commitment to confidentiality and sound judgment with sensitive information

Nice to Have

PLP certification preferred, or commitment to obtain within 18 months with JLL's support, NPI course enrollment or completion is an asset, Active PLP course enrollment, Multi-provincial experience (especially Quebec), Commission calculation familiarity, Professional services background, French language capability
