Primary Function of Position: This role is responsible for executing end-to-end payroll processes while also supporting key accounting activities related to payroll. The position ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with Mexican statutory requirements, and proper recording of payroll transactions in the general ledger. Additionally, this role contributes to financial reporting, account reconciliations, and process improvements to strengthen internal controls and audit readiness. Roles & Responsibilities: • Process and validate direct and indirect labor hours interfaces from timekeeping systems to the payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. • Execute weekly payroll processing activities, including salary payments, electronic transfers, saving funds, food coupons, and statutory deductions (e.g., ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). • Prepare and review payroll journal entries, ensuring proper accounting classification and timely posting to the general ledger. • Generate and up
