Must Have

Working knowledge of at least two EMEA countries’ payroll, Experience with end-to-end payroll processing, Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll, Payroll Tax, and Payroll Accounting, English proficiency at a minimum communicative level (B1 or above), Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience, Customer-focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of people, Knowledgeable of MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Experience working in a Shared Services environment, Ability to manage multiple tasks, be well organized, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines, Excellent interpersonal communication skills

What You'll Do.

Ensure all payroll operations are processed timely and

Implement processes improvements related to payroll delivery

Provide payroll query support in a timely manner

Follow up with vendors or escalate to Regional

Use global payroll tools and prepare payroll calculations

Serve as a subject matter expert for time

Facilitate and participate in governance process

Collaborate with Total Rewards to understand calculations

Identify and address any administrative needs

Coordinate with Outsourced Service Provider (ADP) regarding all

Work with the BMS HR Service Delivery Team

Manage employee queries via ticketing system

Assess the delivery impact of any HR management

Aid in overseeing the implementation of payroll system

Leverage expertise to produce solutions

Develop and maintain technical knowledge in payrolls

Interface with payroll and benefits vendors

Ensure compliance with established procedures

Upload payroll related data onto vendor online tools

Download payroll outputs

Validate payroll outputs

Distribute payroll reports to relevant individuals or teams

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned country’s payroll services to ensure compliance with the organization and legal requirements; manage vendor relationships; respond to the payroll operations queries. Our HR Service Delivery Model is a shared service outsourced model, and you will interface with Business Partners, Compensation, Savings Plan & Benefits, Financial Shared Services General Accounting, as well as our outsourced payroll providers. The Payroll Analyst will be also responsible for the upload of payroll related data onto the required payroll vendor online tools, downloading of the payroll outputs, validating those outputs ensuring the accurate payroll processing and distribution of the reports to the relevant individuals or teams within the business. **Scope of responsibilities:** * Ensure all payroll operations are processed timely and accurately. * Implement processes improvements related to payroll delivery. * Provide payroll query support in a timely manner,
