Key job responsibilities • Deliver end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries/entities • Execute and enhance payroll controls (Source to Gross, Gross to Net) • Complete standard accounting reconciliations • Resolve payroll queries • Support vendor relationships and performance management • Partner with Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR, and Finance teams • Suggest process improvements using Six Sigma methodology • Support payroll components of strategic initiatives • Deliver on payroll part of country expansion projects • Contribute innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency • Upkeep of payroll processes and inventory (SOPs, process maps etc.) • Raise blockers and issues senior analysts and managers Basic Qualifications: - Excellent customer service orientation1+ year payroll/HR experience OR 3+ years professional experience (non-payroll /HR) - Fluency in English plus another EU language or Arabic - Advanced user of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) - Strong analytical and statistical capabilities - Experience with root cause analysis - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments - • Excellent customer service orientation1+ year payroll/HR experience OR 3+ years professional experience (non-payroll /HR) - • Fluency in English plus another EU language or Arabic - • Advanced user of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) - • Strong analytical and statistical capabilities - • Experience with root cause analysis - • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Preferred Qualif
