Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future. ## **Department Overview** Department Description Payroll Team is responsible for ongoing coordination of payroll processing activities including collection and validation of payroll inputs, validation and controls of monthly payroll run outputs with the objective of processing salaries in a timely and accurate manner across the region. The Team liaises with multiple internal Clients (employees, HR and Finance colleagues) and outsourced payroll services provider; providing advice on payroll related topics. ## Job Description * Coordination and collection of all required inputs to payroll * Ensuring the pay elements have been processed accurately and timely in compliance with policies and regulations, and required payroll accounting information handed over to Finance * Handling payroll related queries * Verifying payment files for processing (for statutory and net payments) * Ensuring regulatory requirements are complied * Managing key knowledge related to payroll in a given geographical scope * Preparing monthly account reconciliation * Supporting payroll audits for EA region * Preparing analyses for budgeting/cost overview for Financial controllers * Coordinate improvement/automation/reporting projects in Payroll area ## Basic Requirements * 1+ years of experience in payroll * Education: Master's Degree (related to economics will be an advantage) * Advanced English in speech and writing * Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure * Ability to
