1–3 years’ payroll administration experience, data entry and accuracy skills with high attention to detail, Good working knowledge of payroll processes and statutory requirements, Confidence using Excel and other MS Office tools, organisational and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage multiple deadlines, A proactive, customer-focused approach

What You'll Do.
Process end-to-end payroll activities in line with deadlines
Maintain and input accurate payroll data (starters
Record and validate time & attendance
Produce payslips and ensure accuracy of all payroll outputs
Review exception reports
investigate discrepancies
Manage statutory deductions and liaise with HMRC and external bodies
Support pension administration
including auto-enrolment compliance
Assist with BACS payment processing
Respond to employee payroll queries within agreed SLAs
Support payroll projects and continuous improvement initiatives
