What You'll Do.
Process time tracking entries
Maintain employee data and transactions
Enter direct deposit changes
Enter cost allocation changes
Enter taxable benefits
Enter termination payments
Enter vacation payments
Enter ad hoc salary/wages/bonus payments
Assist process staff events
Assist in processing semi-monthly payroll
Respond to Payroll-related inquiries
Prepare and deliver reports/spreadsheets
Assist ROE preparations
Assist Pay Statements
Assist with journal entries
Assist with basic account reconciliation
Assist with cost reporting inquiries
Assist with tax forms distribution
Assist with documentation of new processes
Assist with system testing
Adhere to company policies
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation
