Must Have
educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, payroll processing experience, minimum of two years of relevant experience, solid understanding of accounting principles, familiarity with Croatian labor law and tax regulations, advanced computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, good communication skills, excellent command of written and spoken English and Croatian, exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, flexible mindset and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, high level of discretion and confidentiality
What You'll Do.
process payroll for all Infinum employees
prepare and file JOPPD forms
reconcile payroll accounts with the general ledger
check that payroll accounts are balanced and cleared
perform year-end General Ledger account reconciliation
reconcile balances with the Tax Authorities
calculate annual leave provision
issue outgoing invoices for benefits in kind
process service contracts and other taxable income
cooperate with auditors
maintain the HR database
notify relevant team members about employee changes
address employee inquiries on payroll
stay up-to-date with legislation in payroll and bookkeeping
collaborate with different departments
create payment orders
maintain spreadsheets and databases
prepare reports and statistics
collaborate with labor law institutions
ensure correct and accurate personnel administration
handle administrative processes related to employee benefits
