The LATAM Partner Management team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our payment performance initiatives for credit card payments. This role is critical in driving the success of Amazon's payment processing capabilities in LATAM, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and strategic partnerships. Key job responsibilities In this role, you will: • Drive end-to-end program management for card network partnerships, including implementation, monitoring, and optimization of performance metrics • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and Partnership teams to enhance reliability and operational efficiency • Own incident management processes and partner communications, ensuring quick resolution and minimal business impact • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, facilitating strategic alignment between Amazon leadership and partner stakeholders • Identify and implement scalable solutions to streamline operations and enhance partnership effectiveness • Analyze operational data to drive insights and inform strategic decision-making About the team You'll join a dynamic team responsible for Amazon's payment capabilities across Latin America.
