About the Job Tapcheck is looking for a Payments Operations Associate to join our growing team in Plano, TX. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of customer support and financial operations - helping ensure payment transactions are accurate, clients are supported, and our internal processes run smoothly. What You'll Do - Respond to client questions and help resolve basic support issues - Assist with daily payroll checks to ensure information is accurate - Help process refunds, returns, and financial transactions - Identify and flag discrepancies for further review - Support collection efforts and follow up on outstanding items - Work with internal teams and partners to track and manage accounts receivable aging - Help document processes and keep records up to date - Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting issues - Follow company policies and ensure compliance with regulations - Support team projects aimed at improving operations What You've Done Required - Worked in financial services, operations, or a related field for 1–2 years - Applied strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a professional setting - Used Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools to manage and analyze information - Operated independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously - Demonstrated interest in financial operations, payments, or payroll processes Preferred - Earned a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business - Gained exposure to payroll or payment systems in a prior role About Tapcheck Tapcheck is a digital platform offering an easy and convenient way to access on-demand earnings early.
