Full Job Description

## Company: Mercer ## ## Description: Join our Treasury Payments Team as a **Payments Administrator,** reporting to the Treasury Supervisor. This role will be based in **Dublin** and will be offered on a **12 Month Fixed Term Contract** basis. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. **_What you can expect_** * You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely payments are made from our Client Asset and Pension Payments Accounts, working as part of a supportive team with a strong focus on control, quality and service. * We’re looking for someone with a proactive, flexible, “can-do” approach and excellent attention to detail, who is comfortable working to daily deadlines in a regulated environment. **_We will rely on you to_** * Issue payments in line with company guidelines, control procedures, and regulatory client asset requirements (client assets and pension payments). * Ensure payments and investments made on behalf of clients are completed accurately and on time, in line with agreed service levels. * Work effectively to strict daily deadlines. * Maintain compliance with internal audit procedures and controls. * Investigate and resolve queries promptly and professionally. * Support the team with other ad hoc duties as required. **_What you will need to have_** * High levels of integrity * Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy * Good working knowledge of Excel * Strong communication and organisational skills * A collaborative approach and the ability to work well as part of a team * Good standard of Education. **_What makes you stand out:_** * Previous experience within a similar role. **_Why join our team:_** * We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders. * We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities. *
