You are possibility.** _**Job Summary**_ To capture and process inwards and outwards payments on systems and ensure excellent service delivery in an efficient timeframe through proper communication with different stakeholders. **_Job Description_** _**Key accountabilities**_ **Operations** * Handling of payments in terms of pre-processing, pre-vetting, scanning, call back * Communicate with customer/RM in respect of payments * Provide an excellent customer service * Comply to SLA in place * Abide to Absa banking practice & procedures * Maintain the highest standard of internal control & operating procedures in line with Absa group policies * Effect proper filing where required * Escalate complaints to higher officials – officer / supervisor/ manager **Teamwork** * Work closely with other team members as one team to deliver excellent performance * Provide cover for other team members as required. **Accounting and Reporting** * Assist in producing Management Information when called upon * Assist in the buildup of Monthly statistics **Role/Person Specification** * 1 – 2 years of relevant experience * Degree in relevant field (Accounting, Management, Finance) _**Education**_ Bachelor's Degree: Banking
