What You'll Do.

Facilitating the effective identification and resolution of customer and banking partner inquiries to payment transactions

Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Reviewing bank account activity and applying customer payments to the appropriate invoices (cash application)

Reconciling bank transactions with internal accounting systems to ensure accurate and timely recording of payments

Processing incoming payments in line with established procedures

Performing quality checks and following internal controls to maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance

Investigating payment discrepancies and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

Managing shared inboxes

and work queues to meet established service level agreements (SLAs)

Supporting continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and contributing to solutions

Full Job Description

As a Payments Processing Assistant with Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will be responsible for facilitating the effective identification and resolution of customer and banking partner inquiries to payment transactions. The role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure SLAs and KPIs are adhered to and investigative duties are managed and resolved in accordance with the client’s expectations. Working hours Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 pm. This is a fixed term role for 12 months. Please note: For this position, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the country they apply to and be able to start and maintain employment without visa support from Convera.
