Full Job Description

As a Payments Processing Assistant (Afternoon shift) with Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will be responsible for facilitating the effective identification and resolution of customer and banking partner inquiries to payment transactions. The role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure SLAs and KPIs are adhered to and investigative duties are managed and resolved in accordance with the client’s expectations. Working hours Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm - 10 pm. This is a fixed term role for 12 months. Please note: For this position, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the country they apply to and be able to start and maintain employment without visa support from Convera. You will be responsible for: • Build beneficiary templates with the provided banking details from clients. • Understanding the country – currency requirements to process outgoing payments from business clients. • Review and validate banking details received from both internal and external parties. • Monitor intake channels and work queues to ensure the respective processing within the agreed service level agreement. You should apply if you have: • Bachelor’s degree (or final year student). • A strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of initiative and proactivity. • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high-volume, dynamic environment, maintain targets and meet tight deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Fluent in English written and verbal.
