Wilco is a leader in delivering complex projects to its clients. _**Position is 10-12 hours per day, Monday through Saturday,**_ and performs some or all of the following: ### Responsibilities * Lead and supervise paving stone and block wall crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. * Plan, organize, and coordinate daily crew activities, equipment, and material requirements. * Read and interpret project drawings, site plans, grades, and specifications. * Prepare and grade installation areas to ensure a solid, long-lasting base for paving stone and retaining wall projects. * Install paving stones, retaining walls, garden walls, steps, and related hardscape features according to project specifications and design layouts. * Ensure precise alignment, spacing, grading, and elevation of paving stones and wall systems to achieve a professional finished product. * Oversee excavation, compaction, and placement of aggregate base materials, sand, and concrete as required. * Operate and oversee the safe operation of skid steers, compac
