We are seeking a **Patient Support Specialist** on behalf of our US-based client, a leading provider of innovative mental health and wellness treatments, including FDA-approved ketamine infusion therapy and Spravato (esketamine) treatments. The clinic serves patients struggling with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and chronic pain, offering compassionate, medically supervised care. You will be embedded within the client’s operations, serving as a vital point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they remain supported, informed, and engaged with the care plans designed for them. This role is ideal for someone with a strong healthcare background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient care and support. **Role Summary** As a **Patient Support Specialist** , you will be responsible for engaging with patients telephonically to support and encourage adherence to their care plans. You will act as a compassionate point of contact for patients, helping them understand treatment plans, medication routines, and the importance of following medical guidance. This is not a sales role.
