What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree required, 5+ years commercial experience in healthcare industry, Experience in patient advocacy/ engagement, stakeholder relationship management, Ability to facilitate stakeholder & customer commitments, Ability to synthesize & communicate local customer insights, Demonstrated commitment to integrity & compliance, Develops excellence and courage to initiate, create, and bring ambiguity into action, Successful track record of navigating complex projects, Proven ability to proactively lead the thinking, Effectively to implement strategies with internal/external stakeholders
Nice to Have
Advance degree preferred, background in commercial, pharmaceutical or health care industry is preferred, esp. for patients, patient groups, provider organizations, Experienced in stakeholder relationship management (e. g. , patient, patient group, etc. ), influencing teams to deliver breakthrough, connect, communicate, and lead by influence, Active listening and empathy
What You'll Do.
Establish diagnosis platforms
Lead implementation and tracking
Coordinate customer activities and programs
Analysis and insights for diagnosis
Conduct all activities and make decisions
Manage patient education and awareness activities
Organize online and offline patient education meetings
Support market research program
Liaise on patient insights/ resources
Support on patient access/ affordability program
Collaboration with external patient group/academic association
