Must Have
3-5 years office/customer service experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting, High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Make patient appointments and maintain appointment records
Assist callers with routine inquiries and schedule appointments
Acts as "Super User" for scheduling

In the role of Patient Services Coordinator III (PSC III), you will manage check-in and check-out processes, coordinate scheduling, support provider workflows, and serve as a key point of contact for patients navigating their oncology care. As volume ramps up and the program expands later this year, you’ll play a critical role in scaling operations and setting the standard for service excellence. Be part of a high-visibility expansion within one of the nation’s leading cancer programs — and help us deliver extraordinary care from the very first patient visit.
