High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance processing or customer service, Associate's Degree and 1 year of experience, Bachelor's Degree, Working knowledge of PC window applications, Ability to perform basic math sufficient to process insurance co-pays
Nice to Have
Knowledge of medical terminology, Demonstrable personal computer keyboard skills
