Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, two years of experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance processing or customer service, Associate’s Degree and one year of experience, Bachelor’s Degree, Ability to perform basic math, Working knowledge of PC window applications
Nice to Have
Knowledge of medical terminology, Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute, demonstrable personal computer keyboard skills, Previous experience in a healthcare setting
