What You'll Do.

Provide connections with patients

Resolve patient needs

Schedule patient appointments

Obtain copies of insurance cards

Verify insurance coordination

Obtain pre-certification

Obtain prior authorization

Assist patients in completing forms

Scan necessary paperwork

Educate patient on financial assistance

Request payments from patients

Stay current on role updates
