Must Have
Experience in administration, Experience with patients over telephone, Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excellent keyboard/IT skills, Excellent oral and written communication, Ability to communicate effectively over telephone, Excellent time management skills, Commitment to high-quality patient experience, Comfortable asking for and taking payments, High level of customer orientation, High level of resilience and empathy
What You'll Do.
Respond to patient enquiries
Support patients through booking process
Respond quickly to customer contacts
Discuss fertility processes confidently
Send welcome and information packs
Register patients using EPMS
Explain fertility journey
Provide information on success rates
Conduct structured follow-ups
Schedule appointments through EPMS
Ensure smooth handover of care
Manage service authorisations
Raise and issue invoices
Invoice and collect payment
Maintain accurate patient records
Deliver personalised communication
Conduct follow-up calls
Handle incoming calls
Respond to patient requests
Maintain clear communication with clinics
Guide new patients through processes
Initiate portal registrations
Maintain ongoing communication with clinic teams
Complete billing follow-up processes
Monitor and respond to communications
Complete follow-up calls and emails
Call patients for events
Manage and respond to inboxes
Register new enquiries onto EPMS
Ensure proper filing of records
Document all patient interactions
