Coordinate with doctors to set up appointments
Coordinate with nurses to set up appointments
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to set up appointments
Manage appointment requests
Prioritize appointment requests
Communicate appointment details to patients
Communicate appointment changes to patients
Communicate appointment cancellations to patients
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Monitor patient wait lists
Manage patient wait lists
Compile medical records
Verify medical records
Review medical records for completeness
Assemble records into standard order
File records in designated areas
File records in electronic medical records system
File processed labs into patient records
File pathology reports into patient records
File loose correspondence into patient records
Perform other functions as required
