Full Job Description

We are looking for a **Patient Sales Coordinator** to support patient conversion, enrollment, and communication efforts across our clinical programs. This role focuses on building relationships with prospective patients, following up on inquiries, guiding individuals through our services, and increasing enrollment in our GUIDE Program, coaching services, and provider consultations. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, proactive, and confident communicating with patients and families navigating cognitive health concerns. This person will also act as a key liaison between the marketing team and the medical/operations team to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and patient experience throughout the enrollment journey. **Responsibilities** **Patient Outreach & Enrollment** * Respond to incoming patient inquiries and leads promptly * Conduct outbound follow-up calls, emails, and messages * Educate prospective patients about consultations, coaching services, and GUIDE Program offerings * Guide patients through scheduling and enrollment processes * Follow up with eligible patients to support GUIDE Program enrollment completion * Maintain consistent communication and relationship-building with prospective patients and families **Coordination & Operations** * Serve as the communication bridge between marketing and medical/operations teams * Coordinate outreach efforts with clinic scheduling capacity and operational workflows * Provide feedback regarding patient concerns, trends, and conversion barriers * Maintain accurate documentation and communication records in internal systems * Track outreach activity, conversions, and enrollment metrics * Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and patient conversion workflows **Community & Growth Support** * Support clinic growth initiatives through structured outreach efforts * Assist with community relationship-building and patient engagement initiatives when needed **Four core tasks:** * Handle incoming new patien
