## Accountabilities Design and implement end-to-end patient recruitment and retention strategies tailored to specific clinical trials and study objectives. Partner with clinical research teams to define target patient populations and develop effective outreach and engagement approaches. Execute multi-channel recruitment campaigns using digital marketing, social media, healthcare provider networks, and community outreach initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and community organizations to support recruitment efforts. Conduct market and patient research to understand barriers, needs, and motivations influencing clinical trial participation. Monitor recruitment performance metrics, analyze data trends, and adjust strategies to optimize enrollment outcomes. Provide guidance and support to patients throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive and informed experience. Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance patient access to clinical research opportunities.
