What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ year customer service experience, Must be within 45 minutes commuting distance of Atlanta, New York City, Bethesda, or Miami, Legally authorized to work in the United States, Must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa
Nice to Have
1+ years of experience in phlebotomy, Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or MedSpa, Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
What You'll Do.
Welcome patients and visitors
Verify patient identity
Assist patients with completing forms
Educate patients on post-scan expectations
Serve as a liaison between patients
Ensure the front desk area is organized
Address patient concerns or complaints
Encourage patient feedback
