What You'll Do.

Welcome patients and visitors

Verify patient identity

Assist patients with forms

Manage appointment scheduling

Educate patients on expectations

Serve as liaison between parties

Keep front desk organized

Address patient concerns

Encourage patient feedback

Escort patients to changing rooms

Explain pre-scan protocols

Assist patients with positioning

Screen for contraindications

Verify compliance with safety protocols

Communicate patient concerns to technologist

Assist in maintaining workflow

Report technical issues

Report maintenance needs

Keep patient areas tidy
