Nice to Have

An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus., Experience in leading cross functional teams is desired., Cross-functional leadership experience in both formulating cross-functional strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams is desirable., business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence., Deep experience in agile ways of working is desired., Experience in stakeholder management and partnering with PAGs is highly desired.
