Completion of a medical terminology course(s), Previous experience working in a Health care environment, Previous experience working with the UHN Clinical Desktop applications or other ADT (Admitting, Discharge & Transfer systems), Working knowledge of computer software applications preferably in a Microsoft Office environment
What You'll Do.
Transcribe physician making appointments
Answer patient queries
Handle busy telephone activities
Coordinate and facilitate patient flow
Communicate effectively in person or by telephone
Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments
Retrieve charts from Health Records
Pull patient clinic lists
Activate patient information in the computer
Perform cross-functional duties
Perform other duties consistent with job classification

(Start rate non-negotiable) Hours: 8:00AM - 4:00PM, 8:30AM - 4:30PM, 8:45AM - 4:45PM, 9:00AM - 5:00PM Shifts: Monday to Friday - Days Status: Temporary full time- MLOA up to 18 months Closing Date: June, 18, 2026 Position Summary The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre has 14 site groups and 26 specialty clinics, and almost 3,000 staff who see over 400,000 patient visits every year. Its 800,000 square feet house 130 inpatient beds, 373,000 square feet of research space and 17 radiation treatment machines, making it one of the largest comprehensive cancer treatment facilities in the world and the largest radiation treatment centre in Canada.
