2+ years in sales, retention, account management, or save desk, Demonstrated success in retention, save/win-back, or outbound engagement, Comfortable with scheduling tools, CRM/ticketing systems, Comfortable with basic tech troubleshooting (Apple & Android), Prioritization and time management skills
