What You'll Do.

Access software systems for patient compliance

Contact non-compliant patients

Resolve patient non-compliance issues

Troubleshoot and monitor patient care systems

Document compliance activities and issues

Provide reports to Partners

Provide patient education

Maintain knowledge of device technology

Be a resource for remote device management

Resolve other issues appropriate to position

Contribute to company oversight

Perform other duties as assigned

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work in sync with patient's care team; Be a resource for practice physicians and clinical staff

Communication Scope

Interpersonal and writing/communication skills; Excellent documentation/reporting skills
