Patient education skills, Excellent phone demeanor, Self-Starter and capable of working independently at home, Patient, empathetic, reliable and flexible, Interpersonal and writing/communication skills, Excellent documentation/reporting skills, Professionalism in all interactions, Understanding of all HIPAA regulations, Empathy to those served, Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite, Able to juggle multiple tasks

What You'll Do.
Access software systems for patient compliance
Contact non-compliant patients
Resolve patient non-compliance issues
Troubleshoot and monitor patient care systems
Document compliance activities and issues
Provide reports to Partners
Provide patient education
Maintain knowledge of device technology
Be a resource for remote device management
Resolve other issues appropriate to position
Contribute to company oversight
Perform other duties as assigned

Work in sync with patient's care team; Be a resource for practice physicians and clinical staff
