**Title:** Patient Engagement Coordinator **Employee Type:** Full-Time **Location:** United States, Remote **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PST **Pay Range:** $20 - $23 per hour **Benefits: **Medical, Dental, and Vision (with company contribution), Paid Time Off, 401k **About CRMS by DocGo: ** Cardiac RMS by DocGo is an innovator in digital health and remote care services with a focus on providing the most accurate, economical, and clinically relevant remote monitoring and patient management programs in the industry. Cardiac RMS is an award winning, Medicare-approved Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF), which provides Cardiac Implanted Electronic Device (CIED) monitoring for partner clinics. In addition, Cardiac RMS by DocGo is a provider of Virtual Care Management Services using a proven platform that connects patients, providers and the broader health care team. Cardiac RMS by DocGo utilizes industry-leading, cloud-based software systems for the provision of services. The management and clinical team members have years of experience in the industry and maintain the highest levels of certifications and expertise. **Responsibilities****:** * Responsible for accessing multiple software systems to determine if a patient is compliant with their monitoring including Merlin.net, CareLink, Biotronik, and Latitude. * Contacts via telephone non-compliant patients and attempts to uncover the reasons for non-compliance. * Works in sync with the patient and/or patient’s care team in order to resolve patient non-compliance issues. * Troubleshoots and monitors all patient care systems to ensure the programs and technology is working properly to ensure full compliance. * Documents all compliance activities and compliance issues needing to be addressed. * Regularly provide reports to Partners regarding compliance activity and any areas of concern; reports serious issues of compliance immediately. * Provides patient education as needed in order
