Educate patient on device use
Contact patients to schedule
Complete trainings and demonstrations
Provide explanation of financial responsibility
Provide clear verbal instruction
Modify interaction to patient needs
Manage patient feedback or objection
Prepare for trainings and demonstrations
Confirm appointment details
Review and submit paperwork
Answer patient questions
Work collaboratively with partners
Facilitate completing of orders
and communicate problems
