What You'll Do.
Conduct demonstrations and trainings
Build rapport with patient
Introduce Tactile Medical product
Discuss financial options
Deliver patient training
Ensure product use as prescribed
Educate patient on device use
Educate patient on garment donning/doffing
Educate patient on controller use
Educate patient on prescribed protocol
Initiate therapy session
Contact patients for trainings
Schedule and complete trainings
Complete demonstrations
Provide clear explanation of financial responsibility
Provide clear explanation of insurance coverage
Provide clear verbal instruction
Modify interaction to patient needs
Manage patient feedback
Respond to patient objections
Prepare for trainings
Prepare for demonstrations
Finalize appointment details
