Educate patient on device use
Contact patients for trainings
Complete trainings and demonstrations
Provide explanation of financial responsibility
Explain insurance coverage
Provide clear verbal instruction
Modify interaction to patient needs
Manage patient feedback
Respond to objections
Prepare for trainings
Confirm appointment details
Ensure equipment availability
Review and submit paperwork
