Travel to our other offices in Brownstown, Wyandotte and Dearborn, MI is required as needed., Mileage reimbursement, Full-time, long-term position, Cannot accommodate students looking for only a summer job or that would need to work part-time during the school year., Reliable transportation that would allow employee to go to multiple work locations with minimal notice, frequent walking (75%), sitting (50%), standing (50%), regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25–50%), lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs., constant grasping, writing/typing, and use of technology, Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—is required 100% of the time., Occasional driving or climbing may also be necessary.

What You'll Do.

act as the first point of contact for our patients

set the tone for the patient’s visit through excellent patient care

perform the necessary administrative responsibilities needed to create a smooth check-in/out experience for patients

Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone)

Display a professional attitude

greet patients promptly with a smile

and thank them when they leave

Answer phones (both external and internal)

Practice urgency at all times with patients’ time

as well as Doctor’s time and schedule

Manage patient flow in the office

Knowledge of common fees charged for common visits and collect correct payments

Complete daily reconciliations / close day / countdown cash drawer

General office duties and cleaning to be assigned by manager
