Travel to other offices in Brownstown, Wyandotte and Dearborn, MI is required as needed, Mileage reimbursement is provided, Reliable transportation that would allow employee to go to multiple work locations with minimal notice, Full-time, long-term position, Must be able to work over 40 hours to meet the needs of the business, Frequent walking (75%), Sitting (50%), Standing (50%), Regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25–50%), Able to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs, Constant grasping, writing/typing, and use of technology, Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—is required 100% of the time, Occasional driving or climbing may also be necessary

What You'll Do.
Act as the first point of contact for patients
Set the tone for the patient's visit through excellent patient care
Perform administrative responsibilities for a smooth check-in/out experience
Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone)
Answer phones (both external and internal)
Manage patient flow in the office
Collect correct payments
Complete daily reconciliations / close day / countdown cash drawer
General office duties and cleaning
