Eligibility Requirements

Travel to other offices in Brownstown, Wyandotte and Dearborn, MI is required as needed, Mileage reimbursement is provided, Reliable transportation that would allow employee to go to multiple work locations with minimal notice, Full-time, long-term position, Must be able to work over 40 hours to meet the needs of the business, Frequent walking (75%), Sitting (50%), Standing (50%), Regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25–50%), Able to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs, Constant grasping, writing/typing, and use of technology, Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—is required 100% of the time, Occasional driving or climbing may also be necessary

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, Favorable result on Background Check, Basic computer skills, customer service skills, Excitement to learn and grow, One year of related experience and/or or equivalent combination of education and experience

Desire to gain industry knowledge and training, Demonstrates initiative in accomplishing practice goals, Ability to grow, adapt, and accept change, Consistently creating a positive work environment by being team-oriented and patient-focused

What You'll Do.

Act as the first point of contact for patients

Set the tone for the patient's visit through excellent patient care

Perform administrative responsibilities for a smooth check-in/out experience

Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone)

Answer phones (both external and internal)

Manage patient flow in the office

Collect correct payments

Complete daily reconciliations / close day / countdown cash drawer

General office duties and cleaning

Effectively communicate with patients, doctors, and managers; Answer inquiries through phone, email, and in person requests; Answer phones (both external and internal); assure prompt, courteous service at all times
