**Job Description:** **Position Summary:** The Patient Care Technician (PCT) plays a vital role in supporting clinical operations and ensuring a positive patient experience. This position is responsible for assisting with patient intake, scheduling, and administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and compassion. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Patient Intake & Support** * Take and record vital signs accurately. * Check in patients and complete registration processes. * Prep charts for the following day to ensure smooth workflow. * **Communication & Coordination** * Correspond with patients regarding appointments and inquiries. * Conduct patient outreach to schedule appointments. * Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. * **Scheduling & Financial Transactions** * Schedule patient appointments efficiently. * Collect co-payments and outstanding patient balances. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or related certification preferred. * Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred. * Ability to provide excellent customer service * Ability to work scheduled hours **Salary Range:** $19.29 hourly
