Must Have
Successful completion of nursing aide training program, Successful passing of STNA State Tested Nurse Aide, CNA Certified Nurse Aide, Nurses Aide state testing, completed a nursing program that had one clinical nursing course and one clinical rotation, 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical setting
Nice to Have
BLS Basic Life Support, Recent experience in acute care, Recent experience in physician's office, Recent experience in home health/hospice, Recent experience in long-term care facility, EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) training
What You'll Do.
Provides basic patient care
monitors patients’ health and vital signs
assists patients with basic needs
sanitizing and cleaning patients’ rooms
Acts as liaison between patient and nurse
Provides high-level customer service
Participates in hand-off/report
Performs delegated tasks
Mobilizes patients using therapeutic transfer techniques
Fosters independence by encouraging patients
Individualizes care based on patient's interests
