As a PCT, you will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, guiding patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatments. _Please note: We are looking for a dedicated, full-time teammate to join us long-term. Because of the extensive training involved, we cannot accommodate summer or seasonal employment._ ### What You'll Do * **Deliver Purposeful Care:** Provide safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis treatment. * **Be the First Line of Care:** Monitor patients closely before, during, and after their treatments. * **Master the Tech:** Set up, operate, and safely maintain dialysis equipment. * **Track Progress:** Accurately record vital signs and essential patient data. * **Empower Patients:** Educate patients on their treatments and overall kidney health. * **Collaborate:** Work seamlessly with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and the rest of our dedicated care team. ### ### What You Bring * Accredited High School diploma, GED credential, or equivalent. * A high comfort level around blood, needles, and medical equipment. * Physical capability to work long shifts on your feet. * Willingness to float between local clinics if needed to support your team. * A flexible schedule that can include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. * _Preferred, but not required:_ CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or prior healthcare experience. ### ### Why Choose DaVita?
