As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. Key Responsibilities * Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care * Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment * Set up and maintain dialysis equipment * Record vital signs and patient data * Educate patients on treatment and kidney health * Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members Requirements * Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent * Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment * Physically able to work long shifts on your feet * Willing to float between local clinics if needed * Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holid
