**Posting Date** 06/01/2026 9500 North Central EXPYSTE 102, Dallas, Texas, 75231-5139, United States of America DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. **Locations include: Lake Cliff, Lower Greenville, Dallas East, UT Southwestern Oakcliff, Central Dallas, Cedar Hill and Lancaster Dialysis.** Key Responsibilities * Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care * Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment * Set up and maintain dialysis equipment * Record vital signs and patient data * Educate patients on treatment and kidney health * Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members Requirements * Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent * Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment * Physically able to work long shifts on your feet * Willing to float between local clinics if needed * Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience What We Offer * Paid training with ongoing education and career paths * Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off * Family support: backup child/elder care, Headspace, EAP, parental leave * Career development Programs: Clinical Ladders, Bridge to Your Dreams RN program Start your healthcare career with DaVita—apply now!
